Pineapple Express Sauce

A fruity sauce with mango and pineapple for sweetness and a little scotch bonnet for heat. Inspired by our travels in the Caribbean. We bring you sunshine in a bottle.

• The perfect accompaniment to: Jerk chicken and gammon,
• Serve with lamb and rice dishes.
• Great as a sauce in your favourite kebab!
• Use as a glaze or toss crispy chicken wings and deep fried strips.

Ingredients: Pineapple (50%), sugar, onion, mango pulp (mango, sugar, water, acidity regulator (citric acid)), cider vinegar, water, spirit vinegar, scotch bonnet chilli, garlic, mustard, ginger, spices, salt, xanthan gum.
